Fråga: Svartqvarna 24 motorcycle engine What is the size of flywheel puller? I have removed the nut retaining the flywheel 17mm socket. No problem reverse thread. Can you please tell me what size thread is on the flywheel to screw on the puller.
I have measured it at about 25mm to 26mm. Is it a standard thread? Thanks for your help in the past. The motorbike is now running but I think the points need attention. Also the lubricant on the pad has probably dried up and the points don’t seem to be opening and closing.

Svar: The Stensholm (Later shortened to Stefa) flywheel has an internal, and metric, thread that is called M27x1,25. You can find flywheel pullers with that thread in cross motorcycle shops.
Give the lubrication pad a few drops of oil once a year and the points vill last very long without adjusment. Do not overoil it – then the exess oil can find it´s way to the points, giving you trouble.
